- A bit of everything: Any character (OC, Fanart, Real, VTuber) or even personal and sentimental portraits.
- No filters or taboos: If you are looking for NSFW, fetishes, gore, dark or bizarre themes, you are in the right place.
- Extras: I also create backgrounds, animals, furry and creatures of any kind. I adapt to what you need.

- Political or hateful messages.
- Loli/Shota-type characters in sexual situations.
- Zoophilia and animal abuse
★ ABOUT THE PROCESS ★
- After you submit your request, I will contact you by email confirming the final quote and artwork details. The project will officially begin after receiving your approval.
- Payment: I require 100% upfront to secure your spot in my queue and begin (PayPal for 🌍international orders and OXXO/Bank Transfer in
Mexico). - Tracking: Once your payment is confirmed, when your commission begins I will assign you a tracking ID made of the month and order number (example: Jan_01). You will be able to use it to check your progress at any time in the [✨ VIEW COMMISSION STATUS LIVE] section.
- Guarantee: If 7 days pass after the agreed deadline with no updates, I will issue a full refund.
★ 📝 Art Usage Rights
✦ PERSONAL USE COMMISSION (no additional cost)
- You may freely use your commission for personal purposes or gifts, as long as it is not used to sell products or directly as part of a business.
- 🎁 Examples: T-shirts, mugs, phone cases, notebooks, tattoos, cakes, gifts for family, partner, friends, or fandom events (freebies).
- 📱 Social media and content: You may use it as a profile picture, banner, wallpaper, or within videos, even if your account generates income (for example: as an avatar, supporting illustration, visual reference, or in a review/commentary context).
- ⚠️ Important limit: This is allowed as long as the artwork is not the main product being sold nor used in merchandise, paid content, advertising campaigns, or promotion of products/services.
- 📌 Credit: If you post it as an image, thumbnail, or video, include credit: @atzinyk
✦ SMALL-SCALE COMMERCIAL LICENSE (+150% over base price)
- For creators, small businesses, or events that want to use the design for direct commercial purposes.
- 📦 Product sales: up to 500 units per year (combined total: shirts, stickers, mugs, digital files, paid content, etc.).
- 🎪 Events / Markets: Applies to events under 1,000 attendees without sponsorship from established companies. You may use the design on flyers, posters, social media, or promotional material.
- 📱 Direct commercial use on social media: Includes using the artwork in merchandise, branding, paid promotions, monetized content where the design is the main attraction, or any use intended to directly generate income from the design.
✦ BUSINESS COMMERCIAL LICENSE (+500% over base price)
- Designed for large-scale projects seeking full freedom: includes all previous benefits with no limits on sales, reach, or audience size.
- 🚀 Unlimited use: You may use the design as a main element in campaigns, brands, or products at any scale, without worrying about production or growth limits.
- 🖥️ Paid media advertising: Ideal for social media campaigns, ads, large creators (+100,000 followers), as well as traditional media such as TV, radio, or billboards.
- 📦 Mass merchandising: Perfect for large-scale production (more than 500 units per year), distribution across multiple stores, or national and international sales.
- 🎪 Events and activations: Allowed for large events (over 1,000 attendees) or those with company sponsorship, including all visual promotion (flyers, posters, video, animation, etc.).
- ✨ Built to scale: This license allows your project to grow without needing future upgrades.
✦ ⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES (for all licenses)
- ✅ Modifications: You may modify the design to fit your needs, as long as it does not include political or hateful messages. I only ask that any modification keeps my signature and that AI tools are not used to alter the artwork.
- ✅ Tracing or vectorization: You may vectorize, trace, or adapt the design for production (printing, screen printing, laser cutting, etc.). Keep in mind that any modified version still follows the original license purchased (Personal, Small-Scale, or Business).
- 🤔 Display rights: As the artist, I may use the final artwork in my portfolio or social media. If you prefer your commission to be private, just let me know and I will keep it confidential at no extra cost.
- ❌ AI usage and training: It is not allowed to use my artwork to train artificial intelligence or process it through AI image generation tools.
✦ ⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES (for commercial licenses)
- ❌ You may not resell the commercial license: If another person or company wants to use my artwork, they must contact me directly to purchase their own license.
- ❔ Additional costs for commercial licenses: Percentages are calculated based on the final artwork price. Example: Artwork priced at 1550 MXN + 150% = 3875 MXN total.
- 📈 License upgrade: If your project grows and exceeds the limits of the small-scale license (more than 500 units per year, events with over 1,000 attendees, or involvement of an established company), it is important that you notify me to upgrade the license to a business level and continue using the design commercially. This upgrade has a preferential cost: you would only pay an additional 100% instead of 500%, as a thank you for your preference. Please note that if usage exceeding the license is detected without prior notice, this discounted benefit will be void.
